Field Service Engineer (Denmark)

Job summary

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintenance activities at customer sites across Denmark, focusing on the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and life-extension of existing products. The role operates within a structured operational framework, executing standard tasks under direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in Services & Field Services required.
• Knowledge level comparable to a bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform all onsite life extensions, repairs, and inspections for installed fleets, including supervision for construction and commissioning of equipment.
• Execute onsite machining, non-destructive testing (NDT), blading, winding, critical welding, and generator diagnostics.
• Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline and apply general business knowledge.
• Resolve issues using established procedures and consult with supervisors for complex problems.
• Collaborate with team members to address challenges and develop strong customer relationships.

Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with standard operational tools and systems for maintenance and repair activities.
