Responsibilities

  • Identify integration opportunities for Fan Marketing in global campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the integration of local market Fan Creator activities into the global program.
  • Support the growth of a diverse Fan Creator program through optimized recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings for alignment across the organization.
  • Oversee content briefs from production teams to ensure effective use of creator talent.
  • Maintain relationships with over 140 Recognized LEGO Fan Creators.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational processes within the fandom program.
