ERP Functional Solution Architect (On-site)

Job summary

The role involves designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions to drive business impact. The architect will collaborate with clients and global teams to translate business needs into scalable D365 solutions, focusing on financial transformation and intelligent operations.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in Microsoft D365 F&SCM functional consulting, particularly in Finance.
• Experience in project-based industries is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications in D365 Finance, Project Operations, or AI-related fields are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional architecture of D365 F&SCM across global ERP programs.
• Own end-to-end functional design, including process mapping and solution blueprinting.
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure solution integrity and cross-platform roadmaps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, guiding on process optimization and ERP modernization.
• Conduct client workshops and support transformation roadmaps using D365 capabilities.
• Ensure consistent implementation quality aligned to organizational standards.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of D365 Finance modules and strong experience in Project Management & Accounting.
• Ability to drive functional governance and solution integrity.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in D365 and Azure AI is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

Tools

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project delivery.
