This role focuses on integrating sustainability into the development and construction of onshore wind and solar projects, aiming to reduce carbon footprints and enhance resource efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid academic background in an environmental discipline (e.g., environmental engineering or similar).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an environmental or sustainability role within the energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives in cross-functional organizations.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Structured and adaptable, managing changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implement sustainability objectives during project development and construction for onshore wind and solar.
• Innovate and develop sustainable solutions for the Onshore Wind portfolio.
• Establish and evaluate sustainability criteria during procurement tenders and engage with suppliers to enhance supply chain sustainability.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, comfortable in multidisciplinary and international environments.
• Ability to manage supply chain risks and increase supply chain maturity.

Education

• Relevant degree in environmental engineering or a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with sustainability assessment tools and procurement processes.
