Qualifications

• Experience managing an engineering team of at least 2 individuals.
• Proficient in Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix) technologies.

• Familiarity with designing and implementing automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a product team of 3-5 engineers, dedicating 30% of time to management tasks.
• Participate actively in product development alongside the team.
• Involved in hiring and onboarding new engineers.
• Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members.
• Redesign engineering workflows to incorporate autonomous agents.
• Develop and operationalize agentic workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure quality and reliability through verification loops in the development process.

Education
