Engineering Director (On-site, Aarhus)

Job summary

The role involves leading the global Engineering function for an airport business, focusing on both Product and Project Engineering. The Engineering Director will ensure high-quality, scalable solutions and efficient project delivery while managing a multi-disciplinary team of approximately 80 employees based in Denmark.

• Experience in driving transformation and organisational change

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transition from product development to project execution
• Drive standardisation, modularisation, and configuration strategies
• Lead efforts to improve scalability, cost efficiency, and quality
• Establish strong product lifecycle management and continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate with global stakeholders for resource allocation and workforce planning
