Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or online retail.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage performance data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools or personalization platforms.
  • A keen visual sense and understanding of fashion trends is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e-commerce, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the uploading and strategic placement of onsite banners in the CMS.
  • Conduct A/B testing, monitor KPIs, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine merchandising strategies.
  • Enhance workflows and coordinate cross-functional initiatives for timely project delivery.

Skills

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make impactful merchandising decisions.
  • Flexibility to work occasional hours to ensure smooth shop operations.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e-commerce, marketing, or a related field.

Tools
