Director of Marketing (Remote)

Job summary

This role is a senior marketing leadership position focused on driving brand awareness into measurable revenue and scalable growth. The Director of Marketing will oversee the full marketing strategy, including acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content, and community, while leading a marketing team in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership.
• Proven track record in consumer-facing, multi-location, DTC, e-commerce, wellness, hospitality, or experience-led businesses.
• Strong understanding of the complete customer funnel, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Significant e-commerce experience with digital conversion and customer journey optimization.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead marketing analytics and maintain visibility into channel performance and customer behavior.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and oversee various growth channels.
• Build marketing playbooks for launching and scaling new locations.
• Manage retention and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Protect and evolve the brand through content, social, and community strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while maintaining hands-on involvement.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on CAC, ROAS, conversion, and LTV metrics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to influence stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.
