The role involves taking comprehensive ownership of critical enterprise platforms, including Workday and Atlassian Jira, to enhance operational efficiency across various business functions. The focus is on driving platform excellence and business impact through an AI-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading ERP, SaaS, or enterprise business systems within international or matrixed organizations.
• Minimum of 8 years in ERP/SaaS platform leadership, product ownership, and governance.
• Strong background in roadmap ownership, platform governance, and execution.
• Solid understanding of finance processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with system architecture, integrations, and service operations.
• Experience with automation, AI, or digital workforce initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape business platforms by defining roadmaps, managing priorities, and driving adoption for measurable business value.
• Oversee platform architecture, ensuring secure design and enabling insights into financial and operational performance.
• Enhance platform performance and financial value creation to support pricing and forecasting.
• Standardize workflows in Jira to improve project delivery, transparency, and governance.
• Align stakeholders and drive AI-enabled transformation by facilitating prioritization and decision-making.
