Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital transformation and enterprise-level change
• Hands-on knowledge of AI technologies and the vendor ecosystem
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and governance
• Strong business acumen, including cost modeling and value tracking
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong influencing skills and experience in informal leadership
• High learning agility and curiosity for emerging technologies
• Outcome-driven mindset with strong prioritization and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Define the AI technology landscape and establish frameworks for responsible use
• Educate and engage the business to manage AI value capture
• Build AI literacy and training programs to enhance organizational capability
• Identify high-value AI use cases and inspire teams to pursue them
• Establish intake and prioritization models for AI initiatives
• Collaborate with the CISO and EA to define AI governance frameworks
• Evaluate AI vendors and conduct technology scanning
• Oversee deployment of enterprise AI tools and bespoke AI development
• Manage AI cost structures and forecasting
• Track value realization and ROI for AI initiatives
