Job summary

The role involves providing technical advisory, solution design, and implementation support for digitalization initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The consultant will work closely with various business units and technical teams to enhance and optimize low-code enterprise solutions and workflows over an 11-month period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and supporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Proven experience in automating business processes and operational workflows.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for digitalization initiatives and low-code enterprise applications.
• Enhance, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms and reporting tools.
• Support business process automation initiatives and operational tracking systems.
• Ensure operational continuity of enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Deliver operational analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

• Advanced knowledge of Power Platform technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Intermediate skills in Azure DevOps and operational reporting.
• Advanced capabilities in workflow automation and business process mapping.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within enterprises or NGOs.
• Project management experience in implementing end-to-end projects.
• Familiarity with requirements elicitation and documentation processes.
