Job summary

The Digital Experience Design Researcher will lead user research and usability validation across digital channels, contributing insights to enhance customer experiences. Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in user research, usability testing, or customer insight collaboration in digital settings.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods with a focus on actionable recommendations.
• Background in supporting digital products, UX/UI, customer experience, or related initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to connect insights to design and commercial decisions.
• Structured and curious, comfortable with hands-on research planning and analysis.
• Fluent in English; experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research across digital customer journeys.
• Lead usability testing, interviews, and surveys to identify customer needs and optimization opportunities.
• Drive research throughout the design process, supporting both early concepts and live experiences.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for design and content decisions.
• Conduct journey mapping, usability evaluations, and accessibility reviews.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer journeys and engagement experiences.
• Maintain research documentation and frameworks to support consistent practices.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
