Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the impact of technology and AI on internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and enhance digital engagement channels, including intranet and newsletters.
  • Streamline internal communication to align with business needs and support new company strategies.
  • Lead communication initiatives for larger projects, collaborating with IT and external vendors.
  • Develop and implement new channel strategies based on internal surveys and engagement data.
  • Monitor and optimize existing services to meet organizational needs and leverage AI developments.
  • Manage a Digital Engagement Specialist based in Chennai, India.

Skills

  • Expertise in managing global digital engagement platforms.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Modern and experience with upgrading intranets.
  • Familiarity with the Viva suite is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in communications, digital engagement, or related fields.

Tools

  • SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other digital communication platforms.
