As a Development Engineer, you will engage directly with the production floor to enhance and troubleshoot extrusion processes for advanced flexible pipe systems. Your role involves collaboration with various teams to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in extrusion is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects, and R&D teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Analyze complex problems and develop reliable solutions for production.
• Validate improvements through hands-on work on the production floor.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Tools
