Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of approximately 28 employees.
• Collaborate closely with project execution teams regarding resource management.
• Coordinate with colleagues in Bangalore, India.
• Work with the management team in the Process Systems Intelligence area.
• Support the development of team competencies in line with engineering best practices.
