Demand and S&OP Manager

Job summary

This role is focused on enhancing the Supply Chain Planning organization by managing demand planning and S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply capabilities, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Planning
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools, particularly Power BI
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete demand planning process and develop accurate forecasts using data and market insights
• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, facilitating key meetings and ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans
• Serve as the main liaison between Sales, Finance, R&D, Project, and Operations teams to drive a unified plan
• Monitor and enhance KPIs such as forecast accuracy and service levels, utilizing analytics for continuous improvement
