Job summary

The role involves acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers, focusing on the design, implementation, and scaling of data and AI solutions. The position requires collaboration with sales and engineering teams to enhance the adoption of data intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering projects related to Data, Analytics, or AI.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
  • Strong programming skills in PySpark, SQL, or Scala.
  • Understanding of distributed data and analytics systems architecture.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical escalations with senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design secure and scalable data architectures for customer use cases.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer teams.
  • Lead technical account strategies post-sale, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and address technical challenges during project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for resource allocation and support.
  • Report on customer health, usage metrics, and project progression to leadership.

Skills

  • Technical program coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with technical leadership.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Tools
