Job summary

The role involves overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure, focusing on server hardware and software. The technician will engage in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues while collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with computer hardware, server hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and networking protocols.
• Project management and leadership experience, with a focus on team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects related to the deployment and maintenance of cloud data center infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues with equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and configurations.
• Address technical issues across hardware, software, and operational processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Availability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and night shifts as necessary.
