Data Associate (Supply Chain Management, Remote)

Job summary

This consultancy role focuses on providing surge capacity to the Supply Chain Orchestration and Analytics function, supporting daily operations and improvements of the Control Tower, including data preparation, KPI monitoring, and analytical reporting.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education (high school or equivalent) is required.
• A first-level or advanced degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas; reduced to 3 years with a relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and prepare supply chain data from various sources for the Control Tower.
• Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Support ETL processes and coordinate with IT teams to resolve data issues.
• Prepare analytical datasets and monitor early-warning indicators.
• Develop reports, presentations, and visual summaries for meetings and reviews.
• Coordinate routine data submissions from various offices and maintain communication on data-related matters.

Skills

• Proficient in data preparation, validation, and quality assurance.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Tools

• ERP systems, country reporting tools, logistics platforms, SQL, Power BI.
