Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or administration.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Reliability and ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and logistics.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders using ERP systems.
  • Prepare documentation for warehouse, transport, and export.
  • Book and coordinate transportation, including international shipments.
  • Handle invoicing, credit notes, and commercial invoices.
  • Support transport agreements and follow up with suppliers.

Skills

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Education

  • Relevant experience or education in logistics, customer service, or administration is preferred.

Tools

  • ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
