About the role

Job summary

The Customer Service & Logistics Manager will oversee customer relationships and ensure efficient order fulfillment within a regulated life science environment. This role involves managing the order-to-delivery process and supervising a small warehouse team while coordinating closely with production and logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a life science or regulated industrial setting.
  • Proven ability to manage a small operational team.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system; familiarity with Visma is advantageous.
  • Experience in driving ERP transitions or system consolidations, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-driven work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete order-to-delivery process, including order entry and confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and order planning in Business Central.
  • Lead the consolidation of planning workflows into a unified Business Central environment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status and logistics inquiries.
  • Supervise the warehouse team to ensure compliance with shipping and inventory procedures.
  • Coordinate with production planning to align supply and delivery schedules with customer demand.
  • Proactively identify risks in the supply chain and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and logistics processes.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in managing priorities and resolving issues promptly.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
