Job summary

The role involves providing technical support and account coordination for customers in the Nordics, working both individually and as part of a team. The position requires flexibility in working hours to meet customer needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call duties. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues related to storage and infrastructure, as well as collaborating with sales and presales teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in support or delivery teams for major IT vendors.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting SAN/storage issues and performing storage firmware upgrades.
  • Familiarity with major storage vendor support structures and online support tools.
  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, VMware, and Windows is advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's license (B).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and problem analysis for customers in the Nordics.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure they receive necessary support.
  • Work on-site and remotely to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to ensure service quality.

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to SAN/storage.
  • Ability to work flexibly according to customer demands.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.

Education

  • Relevant experience in IT support or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with storage systems and related servers, including SAN from Brocade and Cisco.
