Job summary

Seeking a Dutch-speaking CRM Manager to oversee CRM initiatives for the Dutch market. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in iGaming, whether from CRM, VIP Management, or Customer Support roles, and possess a deep understanding of customer communication and retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Native-level Dutch and fluent English.
  • Experience in CRM, VIP Management, or Customer Support within the iGaming sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dutch market and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and copy review skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer data.
  • Highly organized and proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across various channels including Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Create engaging customer journeys to enhance player retention and lifetime value.
  • Segment customer databases and deliver personalized campaigns based on player behavior.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize results through data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, BI, and Commercial teams for localized CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure customer communications are relevant and compliant with market requirements.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.

Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or customer engagement systems is beneficial but not mandatory for candidates transitioning from VIP or Customer Support roles.

Education

  • Relevant experience in iGaming or related fields.
