About the role

Job summary

This role is a senior creative leadership position focused on shaping the global retail experience through innovative design and storytelling. The Creative Director will oversee the Store Creative & Design output, ensuring cohesive and inspiring retail experiences across various touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within large-scale international organizations.
  • Background in Visual Merchandising, Window Design, Events, Communications, and Digital Storytelling.
  • Proven track record of leading complex and strategically significant creative projects.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, accessories, or similar consumer brands.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a global creative strategy for store windows and in-store presentations.
  • Lead the creative communications strategy for signage, graphics, and storytelling within stores.
  • Build and enhance digital creative capabilities across a large network of stores.
  • Inspire and guide a global creative team with strong leadership and clear direction.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including artists and production partners, to realize creative concepts.
  • Elevate visual storytelling for the brand's jewellery collections and key moments.
  • Ensure local relevance through curated collaborations for flagship and custom stores.
  • Act as a thought leader in creative trends and retail innovation.
  • Develop in-store sales tools and displays in partnership with Product Design.

  • Highly creative with a passion for retail and brand storytelling.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrix organization effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Collaborative and energized by fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in Business English.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a creative field such as Fashion, Retail, Design, Architecture, or Theatre.

Tools

  • Familiarity with design and creative software relevant to retail and marketing.
