Job summary

The Creative Director is responsible for shaping the creative vision and executing brand-specific projects across various media, including film, motion, and still imagery. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Art or Creative Director in design, fashion, hospitality, or post-production.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing creative teams within a global corporate setting.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the creative vision and quality for all projects.
  • Translate business needs into compelling creative concepts.
  • Lead global campaigns across various formats, including social media and retail.
  • Oversee art direction for shoots and manage post-production processes.
  • Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.
  • Mentor and manage multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering talent development.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in film, motion, and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced graphic design skills, including typography and art direction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma/Sketch.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience is required.

Tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch, video/motion graphics software, and illustration tools.
