Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in filmmaking, video production, or creative direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and AI-assisted video work.
• Proven experience in leading creative projects and mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools in production environments.
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, composition, and cinematic language.
• Strong English communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of AI-assisted video content across various campaigns.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams in concept development and AI-enhanced production workflows.
• Generate and refine concepts using AI tools while maintaining high creative standards.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to creatives on multiple projects.
• Collaborate with clients to present creative ideas and shape strategic solutions.
• Drive innovation in AI video workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
• Define and evolve internal production standards and best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, compositing, and animation is advantageous.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with operational scalability and strategic thinking.

Education

• Relevant degree in filmmaking, video production, or a related field is preferred.
