Corporate Legal Counsel (Medtech, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves providing legal support within a global medtech company, focusing on digital dentistry, during a maternity cover period. The position is based in Copenhagen and offers a chance to engage with various departments while managing legal responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent
• Experience in an in-house legal team or law firm
• Ability to manage legal matters independently, including prioritization, drafting, and negotiation
• Proficient in English; Danish language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a legal business partner for senior vice president areas across global offices
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, including Development and Supply Agreements and Consultancy agreements
• Coordinate with external counsel on international commercial matters and disputes
