Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant legal experience from in-house or private practice
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field
• Legal degree

Responsibilities

• Support legal workstreams related to operations and the Western Europe Market/Retail business
• Ensure compliance in all activities
• Revise, draft, and negotiate medium to complex contracts
• Analyze legal scenarios and provide advice
• Offer legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Assist in developing corporate policies and procedures
• Train employees on legal compliance and company policies
• Independently manage small projects and collaborate on more complex ones
