Job summary

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
  • Proven track record in securing capital from institutional investors and private market sources.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure or real estate asset investment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main internal contact for Urban Partners Fundraising related matters.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies for fundraising initiatives.
  • Oversee the investor fundraising process from initial pitch to closing, including preparation of materials and performance management communication.
  • Coordinate investor meetings and manage stakeholder relationships across various teams.
  • Support the development of frameworks for strategic clients and maintain investor oversight.

Skills

  • Structured and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in fund launch processes and producing high-quality written communication.
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Education
