Job summary

The role involves overseeing and controlling day-to-day accounting for investment vehicles, ensuring best-in-class finance processes, and managing financial operations in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or management

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting performed by third-party service providers
• Manage the P2P process, including invoice approvals and vendor queries
• Assist in quarterly billing and oversee sales invoice production
• Control accounts with balance sheet reconciliations and dual bookkeeping systems
• Compile quarterly management accounts for the Global Finance Team
• Ensure timely submission and payment of tax filings including VAT and CIT
• Oversee the setup of new investment structures in the EMEA region

Skills

• Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and capability to manage challenging assignments
