Job summary

This role is focused on enhancing global contract management practices for large-scale wind projects, aiming to improve standards and governance across regions. The position requires leveraging project delivery experience to create frameworks that support regional teams and optimize value.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Practical experience in contract or claim management within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
  • Strong understanding of contract execution, risk management, and commercial principles including claims and variations
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks
  • Background as a Contract Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or Claims professional in construction or energy sectors
  • Fluency in English; additional languages and certifications (e.g., IACCM, Prosci) are advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Utilize project-side contract management experience to enhance global operations
  • Convert functional strategies into practical frameworks and guidance for regional teams
  • Develop and refine contract management standards, templates, and governance materials
  • Collaborate with regional teams to assess practical applications of contract management
  • Identify and address gaps and inefficiencies in contract management across regions
  • Facilitate the adoption of tools and systems to standardize practices
  • Lead initiatives to ensure measurable improvements in contract management processes
