About the role

Job summary

An experienced Communication Specialist is needed to support a significant business and IT initiative within Study Management. This role focuses on communication, stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, and business readiness, requiring collaboration with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication of complex changes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for business and IT initiatives.
  • Drive engagement and communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Support activities related to change management, user adoption, and business readiness.
  • Create awareness campaigns, communication materials, training content, and learning resources.
  • Simplify complex technical and business changes into clear communication for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative surveys to gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Utilize feedback to identify communication needs and suggest enhancements.
  • Facilitate communication activities and discussions with stakeholders.
  • Independently manage communication and adoption activities from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams in an agile product environment.

  • Experience in developing communication strategies, campaigns, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with Study Management processes.
  • Skills in planning and analyzing stakeholder surveys.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset for transforming feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Capability to independently drive activities from planning through delivery.
  • Must be based in Denmark.
  • Experience with Veeva Clinical applications and within Clinical Development.
  • Background in supporting global platform implementations or digital transformation.
  • Skills in measuring communication effectiveness and user adoption through data insights.
  • Understanding of regulated environments and GxP-compliant system implementations.
  • Experience with management communication and engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Location: Søborg / Greater Copenhagen Area, Denmark
  • Workload: 37 hours per week
  • Start date: 17 August 2026
  • Duration: Until 16 February 2027
  • Travel: No
  • Work arrangement: Must be based in Denmark for close collaboration.
