Job summary

This role focuses on ensuring the stability and efficiency of core IT systems within a cloud-first infrastructure, aimed at supporting a global mission to combat food waste. The Cloud Systems Administrator will enhance productivity through automation and manage critical platforms for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Systems Administration or Systems Engineering, particularly in cloud environments.
• Proven skills in administering identity platforms (e.g., JumpCloud, Okta) and cloud productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Passion for automation with practical experience in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) being a significant advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline IT and business workflows.
• Administer key platforms, including identity management and productivity suites.
• Serve as a technical resource for the IT Support team, addressing complex systems-level challenges.
• Collaborate on global IT projects, from planning to user training and support.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and develop comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.

Education
