Cloud Solution Architect (AI, Remote)

Job summary

This role involves acting as a strategic advisor and technical expert in AI solutions, specifically focusing on Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot. The position is customer-facing and aims to drive AI adoption and transformation, ensuring that clients derive significant business value and ROI from their investments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions.
• Lead architectural design discussions with business and technical decision-makers to ensure sustained usage of AI tools.
• Utilize expertise in Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building to implement AI solutions at scale.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
• Engage with communities to share knowledge and accelerate customers' AI transformation journeys.
• Provide insights and feedback to inform internal strategies and enhance customer experiences.
• Commit to continuous learning in AI tools and change management to maintain technical readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Proven ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Fluency in Danish is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Tools
