Clinical Territory Associate

Job summary

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop expertise in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of robotic-assisted surgery. This role is developmental, focusing on technical and clinical training in the first year, followed by sales responsibilities in the second year. The CTA will support a specific region by maximizing the use of da Vinci® Surgical Systems through product demonstrations and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as necessary.
• Strong ambition and work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide case support to surgical teams, offering guidance and training on the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Lead technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
• Assist in achieving quarterly sales goals by influencing customer behavior through demonstrations and training.
• Support regional sales and marketing events to enhance system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Manage administrative tasks, including reporting sales activities and submitting expense reports.
• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant after appropriate training, ensuring proper handling of medical devices.
