Clinical Scientist

Job summary

This role involves providing scientific leadership and expertise to support clinical development planning, study design, and protocol development for a biotechnology company. The position is part-time, approximately 0.2 FTE, and focuses on contributing to the clinical and scientific strategy during a critical growth phase.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, MD, or other advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Significant experience in clinical development, clinical research, translational science, or clinical science roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO settings.
• Proven experience in clinical study design, protocol development, and clinical development planning.
• Strong scientific communication skills, capable of translating complex clinical concepts into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience in early-stage clinical development and biotech environments is highly desirable.
