Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

Job summary

This position is for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) focused on future opportunities within a talent pipeline. The role is fully remote and involves supporting clinical trials across various phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or a healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of independent monitoring experience.
• Background in CRO, academic research, or pharmaceutical settings.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and European regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Preferred experience in renal, nephrology, cardiometabolic, or oncology studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and prioritize patient safety.
• Review source documentation and validate study data.
• Support investigator sites throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Manage site relationships and provide necessary training.
• Identify and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain high-quality documentation in study systems and TMF.
• Assist with recruitment and retention initiatives.

Skills

Education
