Clinical Research Associate (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves working as a Clinical Research Associate on a fully remote basis, focusing on clinical activities across Nordic regions. The position is integral to the success of clinical operations, requiring expertise in various phases of clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a health-related field
• Minimum of 1.5 years of independent monitoring experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical patient management
• Basic knowledge of drug therapy techniques and clinical research methodologies
• Fluency in the local language and excellent English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites, primarily for phases 1 to 3 across various therapeutic areas
• Perform source document verification and review case report forms
• Review regulatory documents
• Manage study drug inventory
• Report and follow up on adverse events and serious adverse events
• Evaluate patient recruitment and retention strategies.
