Clinical Project Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading and overseeing clinical projects from initiation to completion, particularly in the fields of renal, oncology, cardiometabolic, and autoimmune diseases. It is a pipeline opportunity for future projects in Europe, allowing for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Around 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Management experience in a CRO setting.
• Experience managing global or regional studies.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience with project budgets and financial oversight.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and European regulatory requirements.
• Preferred experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials.
• Experience across Phase I-IV clinical trials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects from start-up through close-out.
• Serve as the primary contact for sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, forecasts, and project plans.
• Ensure delivery against quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee site activation, enrollment performance, monitoring activities, and study execution.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Manage project finances and vendor performance.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
• Mentor Clinical Trial Managers, CRAs, and project team members.
