Clinical Lead / Clinical Trial Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This fully remote position is focused on overseeing global and regional clinical studies, particularly in renal, oncology, cardiometabolic, and autoimmune diseases. The role is part of a strategic growth initiative, aimed at connecting with experienced professionals for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead, or in a similar role.
• Strong background in monitoring and site management.
• Familiarity with European regulatory requirements and ICH-GCP.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across international studies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred.
• Certification such as ACRP or SOCRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations from start-up to close-out.
• Manage study timelines, enrollment targets, and operational deliverables.
• Provide oversight of CRA activities and ensure monitoring quality.
• Support site feasibility, selection, activation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and maintain data quality.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions.
• Deliver study updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Mentor CRAs and study team members.
