Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing data management practices within Large Corporates and Institutions (LC&I), emphasizing the importance of reliable data for business and regulatory needs. The Information Architect will lead strategic initiatives in Data & AI transformation, ensuring high-quality data across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of data product development and data architecture principles.
  • Proven ability to develop comprehensive information models through collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing stakeholders and driving results, particularly with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in developing AI agents and automated solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of financial data domains, including market risk, trade data, and custody data.
  • Understanding of banking regulations related to data, with the ability to implement practical compliance controls.
  • Exceptional communication and change management skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaboration across diverse stakeholders to create metadata and information models.
  • Drive Data Product deliveries by influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and coordinate alignment with other business areas.
  • Develop AI solutions to automate processes and reduce operational overhead.
  • Design robust information architectures that align with business objectives.
  • Establish data standards and business information models while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support business stakeholders in adopting new tools and methodologies under tight timelines.

Education

  • Master’s degree preferred in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant qualifications in data management or AI/ML are advantageous.

Skills

  • Strong background in data management and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
  • Fluent in English at a professional level.

Tools

  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and automation tools.
