Job summary

This role involves creating high-quality STEM training data for AI models, specifically focusing on advanced chemistry problems that challenge AI systems. The position is contract-based and part-time, requiring a commitment of 10-20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a related field
• Research or industry experience in computational or quantitative chemistry workflows

Responsibilities

• Design complex chemistry problems that mirror real scientific processes
• Create deterministic tasks with a single correct answer and complete verified solutions
• Develop problems that require deep reasoning and computational skills
• Utilize Python and relevant chemistry tools or simulation packages
• Ensure all tasks are reproducible, precise, and well-documented
• Write clear and concise technical explanations in English

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with scientific libraries
