Qualifications

  • Experience in channel and media management, CRM, digital, and social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snap, DV360)
  • Proven track record in campaign implementation and follow-up for customer activation activities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional teams and agencies
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between central marketing teams and regional markets for channel management
  • Coordinate campaign implementation, including briefs, asset lists, and campaign setup
  • Oversee deployment activities such as media plan feedback and deadline tracking
  • Monitor live campaigns, evaluate performance, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent execution aligned with Northern Europe standards across markets
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on briefs and performance follow-up
