Central Sourcing and Execution Specialist

Job summary

This role is focused on managing the global Request For Quotation (RFQ) process for moulds and mould parts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Education in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in collaborating with suppliers and customers, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a global organization, sharing knowledge effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ processes for external suppliers, ensuring documentation is updated and improved.
• Engage in stakeholder management to ensure alignment and communication.
• Participate in IT system changes and improvements, assisting with end-user testing.
• Contribute to team development through meeting facilitation and flexibility.
• Act as a backup for placing orders and updating data in SAP.
• Handle daily local planning operations and serve as the primary contact for customers in the planning area.
