Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Graduate preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, Dutch, or German.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from planning to reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Identify and recruit high-performing creators, managing logistics and budgets.
  • Align campaigns with client business objectives and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Organize creator events and workshops to enhance community engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

  • Ability to create multi-channel campaigns and meet tight deadlines.

Tools
