Job summary

The Business Insights Analyst role focuses on leveraging business analytics and CRM expertise to drive commercial decisions in North & Central Europe. This position involves system ownership, data management, and stakeholder engagement to provide actionable insights for the Commercial and Medical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Commercial IT (experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM and related systems, ensuring high-quality data and stable operations
• Contribute to new CRM implementations in collaboration with global functions
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights to support decision-making across regional teams
• Engage with stakeholders at both regional and global levels to foster collaboration and continuous improvement

Skills

• Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably Veeva) and BI tools (such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
