Business Insights Analyst (Pharmaceutical, Valby)

Job summary

The Business Insights Analyst will leverage business analytics and CRM expertise to drive commercial decisions across North & Central Europe. This role involves ensuring high-quality data and stable system operations while providing actionable insights to support Commercial and Medical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Commercial IT (experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM and related systems, contributing to new CRM implementations in collaboration with global functions
• Translate complex data into insights that inform decision-making
• Engage with multiple stakeholders, providing support and insights to both regional and global teams

Skills

• Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably Veeva) and BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
