About the role

Job summary

This role involves taking ownership of a new brand identity and evolving brand guidelines within a growing organization. You will work closely with an external agency to ensure a cohesive brand presence across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in brand or graphic design, preferably in a B2B software or tech environment.
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing identity/brand systems and campaign/digital executions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the new brand identity and develop a Figma library for organizational use.
  • Maintain and evolve a parent/child brand system for coherence across sub-brands.
  • Create marketing assets including social media ads, landing pages, and print materials.
  • Produce sales enablement materials for the go-to-market team.
  • Engage in light motion and video work for digital channels.
  • Serve as the internal brand authority, reviewing outputs and educating the organization on brand standards.

Skills

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong design sensibility with a focus on clean, European-influenced aesthetics.
  • Experience with brand architecture or multi-brand systems is a bonus.

Education

  • Relevant degree in design or a related field is preferred but not explicitly stated.
