Bartender

Job summary

We are seeking a full-time bartender to create exceptional beverage experiences in a members' club environment. The role involves preparing high-quality drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to menu development while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in bartending with knowledge of classic drinks and bar tools.
• Proactive and accommodating personality, with a focus on teamwork and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to service standards.
• Ensure bar mis en place is maintained.
• Contribute ideas and recipes for the drinks menu.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and beverage areas.
• Assist in training and developing junior bartenders and bar backs.
• Support the Bar Manager/Head Bartender in daily operations.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with products and equipment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.

Education

• Relevant experience in hospitality or bartending.

Tools

• Bar tools and equipment, knowledge of beverage products.
