Qualifications

  • Higher education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; candidates from audiology, life sciences, or engineering with marketing interest are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in marketing, product marketing, communications, or commercial audiology; internships and student roles are considered relevant.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with the ability to simplify technical content into clear messages.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated strengths in communication, collaboration, planning, and learning agility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop benefit-led value propositions and messaging for HCPs and end users, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Prepare and maintain go-to-market materials and coordinate stakeholder inputs and approvals.
  • Simplify complex audiological concepts into accessible messages and visuals.
  • Gather and share market, competitor, and customer insights, maintaining organized reference libraries.
  • Provide training and commercial assets to regional teams, ensuring easy access to updated materials.
  • Coordinate project activities, including timelines and follow-ups, and track delivery status with creative teams.

Education

  • Higher education in relevant fields such as marketing, communications, or business.

Tools

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms for creating presentations, training materials, and market analysis.
